To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will not be processed as monetary returns. Instead, eligible cases will be resolved through product replacement or exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Products returned after the 1–3 day window.
- Items not in original condition or packaging.
